At Captivate Productions, we take pride in providing exceptional photography and videography services to our valued customers. To ensure that you have complete control over the use and distribution of your photos, we offer both personal and commercial rights for all images captured by our team.

Personal Rights: 

You will receive license to use the photos for personal purposes including but not limited to, sharing with family and friends, printing, and displaying the photos in your home or personal portfolio. 

Commercial Rights:

You will receive license to use the photos for commercial purposes, including but not limited to, advertising, marketing, and promotional materials. You may also use the photos for personal purposes, as described above.

Other Terms: 

Captivate Productions LLC reserves the right to use any images captured by our team for our own promotional purposes, including marketing materials and social media. By booking our services, you agree to allow us to use these images for commercial purposes. However, we will never sell or distribute your images to any third-party without your explicit consent.

By booking our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Captivate Productions LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to the use of any images captured by our team during the course of our services, including any proper or improper use for personal or commercial purposes.

You understand that it is your responsibility to obtain all necessary consents, releases, and permissions from any individuals or entities appearing in the images, and you acknowledge that Captivate Productions LLC is not responsible for obtaining such consents.

You also acknowledge that Captivate Productions LLC retains the right to use any images captured during our services for promotional, marketing, or any other lawful purposes. However, we will never sell or share your images with any third-party without your explicit consent.

By booking our services, you agree to this indemnification clause and acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the terms and conditions set forth in our agreement.
